Ashley has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2002, choosing a career she knew would never box her in—a foundation she could build on, pivot from, and always return to. From red carpets to film sets, she made her mark as a sought-after makeup artist in TV and film, mastering the art of helping people look and feel unstoppable. But in 2018, Ashley felt the pull to build something of her own—something bigger. She became certified in microblading, and that one bold step sparked the creation of Beauty Batlles Lounge.
A proud mom, business owner, and community leader, Ashley doesn’t just wear many hats—she rocks every single one of them with purpose. As the founder of Beauty Batlles Lounge, she’s built more than a spa—she’s built a space where confidence is restored, healing begins, and people feel empowered in their own skin. Her all-female team of licensed and certified Batlle Beauties share her mission to deliver results that go beyond skin deep.

Cancelation and No-Show Policy
48-hour cancellation policy
Your appointments are very important to Beauty Batlles Lounge. We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 48 -hour notice. This way, our team professionals will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. Last-minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ you will be charged a cancellation fee at our discretion. Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:
A debit or credit card will be collected for any appointment.
• Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% off your service.
• ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 50% of the service amount.
*If “No Show” for complementary you will be charged 50% of that service's original fee.
• Clients who are 10 minutes late without prior notice for a scheduled appointment will be charged an additional $25 for their service.
• You may transfer your appointment to someone else.
*All payments are non-refundable.
*All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
*All fees listed above are in addition to your non-refundable deposit.
*Your Credit Card/Debit Card will be stored as part of your customer profile
***Prepaid Service Cancelation, all prepaid services are NON-REFUNDABLE, if you no longer wish to continue with your original prepaid treatment, we will be more than happy to give you equal trade with other treatments.
***Membership Cancelation and No-Show Policy
• We ask that a minimum of a 24-hour notice be given.
• You may transfer your service to someone else.
• If you No-Show to your appointment without prior notice or within 24 hours of your 50% charge w
As a courtesy, we do text and email to confirm the date and time at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and double-check any appointments if you’re unsure.
Late/Tardy Policy
We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our teams’ day by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 5 minute grace period. If you are able to make it in time for your entire service to be completed, great! If not, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. Please, always call if you even think you might be late. rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to fit you in without upsetting the flow of our day!
We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, It will be up to management discretion if a charge will be applied.
